A time-honored classic that is constantly evolving – painting. In our AOT we offer the possibilities to answer questions about painting. From layer buildups and primers to new systems and hybrid processes, we can do it all.
Individualization or large-scale production, with structure or simply as an image – In the field of printing and labeling, many aspects are possible. You can find out whether digital, pad or screen printing processes suit you.
A simple lettering to give your products a name? With laser inscription or hot stamping, there are additional ways to express your brand.
Would you like to give your components a new shine without using galvanic surfaces? PVD technology offers numerous possibilities for making components shine. Wafer-thin layers with a great appearance, combined with the appropriate protective coating, can convince not only purely visually, but also in terms of resistance. Painting in the injection molding process offers new possibilities for protection and design. IMC does not primarily stand for Inmould Coating, but rather for a highly efficient, disruptive and forward-looking technology.
Instead of going through complex process chains, the components remain in the injection mold and are coated with polyurethane or polyurea in a one-shot process. With clever tooling and the right materials, it is possible to reproduce structures, create brilliant high-gloss surfaces with a depth effect or seamless transitions from matte to high-gloss, which also bring self-healing properties.
